Counselling and Psychotherapy in South West London

"The time came when the risk to remain tight in a bud
was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."
~ Anais Nin

Hello and welcome to my website. I am an experienced Psychotherapist, accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I have a Masters degree in Psychotherapy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

I am committed to working creatively and in depth with individuals who are unhappy in themselves or in relationship with others. As human beings we are all emotionally vulnerable at certain times in our lives. We may feel anxious, depressed or just plain stuck. For some people emotions can be disturbed by change, loss or transition. Others simply become aware that there are long standing patterns of feeling and behaving which repeatedly get in the way of making good choices for life, sustaining nourishing relationship or finding lasting fulfillment.

Through therapy we find ways to understand our feelings and transform our experience, so that we are able to move forward into the rest of our lives with renewed vitality, awareness and purpose.

I have experience across a broad range of emotional issues and in particular:
  • Anxiety
  • Relationship and intimacy
  • Co-dependence
  • Grief, loss and separation
  • Childhood trauma
  • Post-natal disturbance
  • Identity, self-esteem and self-expression
  • Mid life disturbances around purpose and meaning

My client practice is based in Southfields near Wimbledon in South West London. The practice is located on Replingham Road which is easily accessible by tube on the District Line (Southfields underground station is less than 5 minutes walk) and by road and overground rail (Earlsfield BR station is less than 15 minutes walk) from places such as Hammersmith, Putney, Richmond, West Brompton, Clapham, and Wandsworth.
